Refund Policy
Policy for purchases and credits on Fixwave Automotive Solutions.
1) Digital service
Orders are digital services. Once work has started, refunds may be limited. Fixwave Automotive Solutions may issue refunds at its discretion where a paid solution is not working or a refund is approved by support.
2) Refund window
If a refund is approved, it will generally be handled within 3 days of the decision.
3) How to request
Contact support from the related order/ticket and provide the reason. If approved, credits may be refunded to your account.
